ON 1th OF MAY 2019 IS OPENED A BRAND-NEW, LUXURY INFINITY HEATED POOL (8 x 4 metres or 26 x 13 feet) WITH A HYDROMASSAGE.
The pool is connected to the barbecue.
Our eco-pool is one hundred percent safe: it does not contain any chemicals or chlorine, but works with a generator and electrolysis of the salt water. This means that – instead of chlorine – we put salt in our pool.
Water and salt pass through a generator, which - through the process of electrolysis - isolates the chloride ion in the salt. This pure chlorine cleans and purifies the pool water, and then binds again to the salt.
There is no danger of any skin reactions that are sometimes associated with traditional pools. This pool is safe for everyone – including young children!
THE POOL AND ENTIRE AREA AROUND THE POOL INCLUDES 12 sun beds, 6 parasols, 2 seating furnitures in size of 300 m2 IN MAY, JUNE and JULY WILL BE ONLY FOR GUEST FROM APT.ALENKA!
IN AUGUST, SEPTEMBER and OCTOBER in these whole area will be guests only from apartments ALENKA and ANYA - max. 8 persons!
We will welcome you to the villa with a complimentary bottle of wine, water, juice and fruit!
Villa has the best location in this area - located right near the small beach for our guests, a 3 km long seaside promenade with many cafes and restaurants and tourist boat stop to Trogir and Split! It is very peaceful and quiet as well!
Villa is only 7 km from Split International Airport and 3 km from historical town-museum Trogir, one of the jewels of the Dalmatian coast. A food shop is only 50 meters away.
We offer you three luxury big apartments (55 m2) plus huge terrace (30 m2) with breath-taking sea view, eating and coffee area and long chairs, two bedrooms - you can see the sea from your bed!, luxury fully-equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, top quality AC in each bedroom, Internet free access, LCD SAT TV, DVD, separate entrance and private covered parking lot.
We have a Croatian Tourist Board license. It's a small family-run business and we'll make our best to provide you with an excellent service and give you a memorable experience of the Mediterranean as it once was.
You will be welcome in the villa by owner and housekeeper who will be there in case of any problem related to the house during your stay. We can organize for you different excursions to the near towns, National parks and islands and give you all information.
If you want we can organize for you taxi from the airport to the villa.
Best quality of towels and linens, Wi Fi free access, best quality Mitsubishi Air Conditioner and private parking lot are included in the price.
Also we will provide you with: beach parasols, beach long chairs, beach towels, dishwasher detergent, liquid hand-soap in the bathroom, trash bags in the kitchen and the bathroom.
We use organic soaps and detergents to clean the apartments!
In front of the villa is 3 km long seaside promenade with many cafes, restaurants and small beaches.
200 meters on the left side you can find a few restaurants in the fisherman village, or café, pizzeria and small restaurant 50 meters from the villa on the right side.
Further, if you walk on seaside promenade on the right side you will find many small beaches, cafes and restaurants and finally you will find big complex of hotel Medena with surfing, diving, mini golf, playgrounds, many excursions to near islands Solta, Brac, Hvar, Krka national park, Dubrovnik, etc..
Only 50 meters from the villa is small shop for basic essential open every day from 7 am until 9 pm.
The historical town museum Trogir is only 3 km away.
In front of the villa is tourist boat stop to Trogir runs every 15 minutes from 9 am until 11 pm and twice of week to Split.
Airport Split is only 7 km away. Airport Zadar is 120 km away.
There is no noise from the airport. It is an absolutely quiet place for a nice family holiday.
There is no house on the left and or the right side of the villa.
We are always here for you for any kind of information: regarding excursions by van or boat, restaurants and table reservations, or any help in planning your trips.
How to get there:
By plane: Split International Airport is only 7 kilometers away. We can organize for you a taxi from the airport to the villa.
Zadar international airport is 120 km away (one and half hour drive). Also we can organize for you a taxi from Zadar airport to the villa.
By boat or by train to Split: the Split bus terminal is right next to the train station and they're both conveniently located in the harbour. There are buses from Split to Trogir approximately every hour.
By car: If you're driving on the motorway from the direction of Zadar and Sibenik (from the North or the West), after you pass the towns like Sibenik and Primosten, small villages like Marina, you will see the sign for Seget Donji. When you see the sign for the hotel Jadran, take the next small exit to the right in the direction of the sea (50 meters from Jadran - a small pine forest separates the house and the hotel). Our house is right by the sea.

Summary: We had a lovely two weeks staying at Villa Alenka. It was our first time to Croatia but it won't be our last. We had everything we needed at the property -except perhaps a washing machine but this wasn't too much an issue as Alenka did offer to wash for us if required. We loved the views, the pool and the water taxi! Trogir is beautiful and has lots of lovely narrow streets and quirky corners. We managed without a car but if we returned, we would definitely rent one to allow us to explore a bit further afield (and save our arms from shopping bags! 😉)

Summary: The apartment didn't disappoint. In fact, the pictures don't do it justice. Everything in the apartment is top end and fully equipped to an exceptionally high standard. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. We ate our breakfast, lunch and dinner on it. You are so close to the sea that you can hear the waves from your bed!!! Alenka was a first class host, nothing too much trouble. Want to go back already!!!

Summary: My family and I rented the ground floor and first floor apartment. We had stayed before so knew the area well. We were welcomed by the housekeeper who was lovely. The apartments were clean and met all our expectations. We loved using the outdoor kitchen. The location is great, near to everything but not too close that you experience the noise. We will definitely go again. The only thing to mention is take care when using the boat taxis that go into Trogir every day - they pack more people on than is safe and ours broke down which wasn't great!! However thats nothing to do with the apartment. I would recommend to anyone wanting a comfortable stay in a great apartment in a wonderful location.

Summary: We arrived quite late due to a delay , was greated by a lovely lady at the apartment Very spacious apartment and had everything we needed Waking up to the sea view eveey day was beauriful Had the boat taxi right outside , Couple restaurants near us and a shop on a campsite near by Hoping to stay next year with some friends and cant wait for the swimming pool and home cooking Only one think would have been nice, due to late arival maybe some milk coffee and bread 😁 But all perfect Adam Dawn and Ruby x

Summary: Apartment Alenka was exactly as described, a real home from home. It was presented in a spotlessly clean condition with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. After enjoying the sun on the terrace a short walk through the garden and you are cooling off in the crystal clear sea. There are a number of restaurants and bars in either direction along the coast well worth visiting. Hop on the taxi boat just outside the apartment and in 10 mins you are in beautifulTrogir. The wine left for us was very much appreciated and enjoyed. We would recommend this Apartment to anyone.

Summary: Wonderful sty in roof top appartment with stunning view on the bay. Balcony breaksfeasts, evening rests outside watching the boats, moon and water, what do you expect more of life... The appartment itself was very clean and well maintained and equipped. Everything was just great as well as the service. We also quite liked the watersport options and the water taxis near as well as the restaurants around the appartment. All in all, simply great.

Summary: we enjoyed our visit very much. The appartment has perfect size for a family with two kids. The beach is right in from of the garden of the house. Most we enjoyed the summer kitchen. A beautiful location for dinner and the following hours. The inventory was very well maintained, Mrs. Alenka realy takes care of everything.

Summary: My overworked husband and I spent three weeks in this apartment last summer, and now that we're dealing with bad winter again, we are booking it again. This villa has the best location imaginable: you can actually see and HEAR the sea from your bed! (I just never thought of the beauty of hearing the waves before.) We would wake up very early in the morning and listen to the waves hitting the shore. On the one side of the house is just an open field, and on the other, there are pine trees: the serenity and silence and peace is all we wanted to get out of our busy urban lives. The apartment itself is gorgeously furnished (very cute and with a European flair!) and impeccably clean. We did have peace but then, we didn't have to cook because there are fantastic restaurants 5-10 min from the house by foot. Also, there is a taxi boat that takes you to Trogir: it stops right next to the house every 20 min and the ride takes 10 min. You can then experience the hustle and bustle of the beautiful ancient Tragurium. We loved it! But, still, the best best part of everything is the peace and quiet while you're sitting on the terrace in the villa and watching (and hearing) the blue waves!
