Positive: Such a beautiful location, the room had everything we needed, and the food was great. It was so absolutely worth the extra hike up to the place! If you do the peaks of the balkan, then there even is a small path that will lead you up through the forrest to a nice a view point before it links up with the main trail again (instead of going back down to town)

Positive: It's such a beautiful guesthouse situated in the foothills of a mountain. Clean and comfortable rooms. Freshly prepared home cooked breakfast and dinner. The hosts were so helpful. They went above and beyond and spared us some cash for bank transfer when we had spent all our cash without realising there's no ATM in Valbone or Theth. Highly recommend

Negative: It was a bit warm in there, and it’s quite a walk from the main road but they picked us up as we arrived when it was already dark

Negative: Didn't feel very welcomed, felt like we were being an annoyance if we had to ask the hosts questions... Didn't know about how it all worked as it was our first time staying at a guesthouse like this. Clearly, we managed but it was more of a struggle compared to other places we have stayed at since! Even having a poster saying dinner is available at x time and the cost can be added to your bill to pay in the morning would be incredibly helpful 😊
