Summary: We stayed in this 3-BR house in Mafra while exploring the area. My husband was able to work remotely, so very good internet. Walking distance to the Mafra Palace and the town square, many restaurants and shops. Very convenient to the major highways and only about 10 min to the beaches and Ericiera. The house was well-furnished and well-equipped and Liliana and Tiego were excellent hosts in communicating. We had no problems and everything was great for our stay. Parking (as always in Portugal) is sometimes tricky and is a matter of luck and timing, but we always found a place within 500 m or less of the house, usually much closer, and frequently could nab a free spot. Walls are somewhat thin so easy to hear neighbors’ TV, dogs, etc but we just used a sound app and it was fine. Beautiful area!
