Summary: The owners of Victoria House have done a great job of restoring the house to its former glory, but with the little touches of comfort that modern travelers have come to expect. Libby was very friendly and helpful without smothering us with OTT 'bon Ami'. The room had everything we needed, with a high-quality bed, and the visitor's lounge and open fire were particularly comfortable. Highly recommended.

Summary: Amazingly beautiful hotel. Very historic, and more like a bnb then a hotel. Sherry and fruit bread in the parlor provided. Owner was very gracious. The garden was also open and delightful - went on a gnome hunt.
