Positive: A great house for family gatherings or as a base for weddings at The Rhynd which is only 5 minutes away! Plenty of room for social time, the pool room and snug off the kitchen were great extras to keep all entertained and kids toys contained! Huge windows with plenty of natural light for make up & several full length mirrors! The garden and views make perfect back drop for photos and lots of room for parking outside. A lovely welcome package which was much appreciated, great size hot tub and comfy beds with plenty of bedroom storage. Honestly it was the perfect base for bride and bridesmaids to get ready. Location is great too, in the countryside but only 15-20 minutes from Broughty Ferry one way or St Andrews the other way. Local Spar in Leuchars only 5 minutes away!

Positive: Couldn’t fault it was perfect setting for our murder mystery theme plenty room everyone enjoyed it.

Negative: The only problem was the pool table felt had 3 rips on it and couldn’t be used.

Summary: Perfect fir our weekend and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it

Positive: The comfort of the old house. Well heated. Very clean. Lot's of space. Beautiful views. Well equipped kitchen.

Negative: Email to say the en suite shower out of order!!! Wasn't fixed during our stay. Not acceptable. Pool table was ripped and needs repaired, which we were made aware of too. Looks like we were supposed to accept these things with no reflection in the price.

Positive: The size and space of property. The hot tub. Excellent parking, privacy and views..around a working farm. Excellent location for our needs.

Negative: Unfortunately, no key had been left, hot tub , not switched on,dishwasher not emptied,which meant only cutlery for 3. It spoilt our first night..Craig the on call, staff, came to our rescue..could not have been more helpful and kind. The beds were all a bit soft....the decking outside was a bit shabby, and garden could have been better attended. Dead plants at the entrance, not very welcoming 😕 sadly and no key the final insult..I am waiting to.hear from the company.

Positive: Bedrooms were very nice and comfortable. Kitchen was very equipped. Everything you needed including laundry/cleaning detergents, dishwasher detergents were in good supply. Fireplace was well stocked with starters and firewood. Sufficient space around the house for 10 people to avoid getting into each others’ way.

Negative: Can’t think of anything other than it would have been nice to be allowed to check in earlier than 4pm.

Positive: Visiting to attend a wedding at the nearby Rhynd Events Venue. Huge property with more than enough space for our group of seven. Fully equipped with what we needed. Had a small maintenance issue on the first day and it was addressed immediately.
