Positive: The room was big for 3 people, clean and neat. Free drink in the lobby. The breakfast was exceptional. Unexpectedly, there was an icy drink event in the lobby in the afternoon.

Negative: The front desk did not tell me the need to reserve the breakfast time slot during my check in. Therefore, in the morning, we waited almost half an hour for walk-in seat.

Positive: Had to spend a Saturday night in Nagoya, and hotel prices were crazy. This one offered free stays for children, so we chose it. The room was small but manageable, we take turns to open our luggage. Location is central, which was convenient.

Positive: Location was really great, short walking distance from Nagoya central station. Room was clean and comfortable, amenities were nice.

Negative: The staff could be a little bit more proficient in English, using google translate at the front desk is not a deal breaker, but it makes conversation difficult, even if you are asking basic stuff.

Positive: The beds are comfy. The toilet is very clean. The amenities are laid out for you to choose and take, so you can just have what you need. The communal space was a welcome respite for our family. The hotel offers welcome drink every night and we would rest out tired legs, having snacks with our welcome drinks. Love it.

Negative: The room is small but this is the standard case for most hotels in japan.

Positive: Nice breakfast buffet. Spacious room, very nice bath inside the room (didn't have time to go to the big bath though, a shame)! Ideal location, 10 mins walking from Nagoya station but quite and clean location.
