Positive: The efficiency of the room layout and the fantastic location with very well stocked supermarkets along the way to the hotel.

Negative: Wish there’s some basic weights in the gym. The hotel staff could have been more flexible to allow us to take top up some water from your water cooler when we arrived earlier than our check in. I understand we can walk to the supermarket to get some water but we just had an overnight flight and a few more hours before we can check in, and was extremely tired. A little water from your water cooler in the gym wouldn’t have hurt your profits as we are guests. That would have left a more heartwarming experience versus a reply that we can only top up after we check in, I don’t believe it’s a frequent request by everyone. If it is really a policy, there can be more finesse to rejecting a tired guest. Eg: “May I get you a small cup of water and you may get more from the supermarket nearby.” etc. Always perfect here otherwise!

Positive: Location just by the train station. Easy access to lots of shops. Also had a coin laundry. Great and friendly staff. Reception staff went above by even helping us get our bags to the bus station.

Negative: Room was a little small compared to the other hotels we had in Japan during our stay.
