It is an apartment on the ground floor of a two-storey house, completely independent, accurate in every detail, quiet, relaxing, unique for position and comfort.
The exposed beams and antique oak flooring make the atmosphere sober and refined.

The romantic and essential rooms, personally made by the owner in shabby style, will change your stay in an unforgettable holiday: a double bedroom with a large bed, a single bedroom, and a double room with 2 single beds.
The large living room, with its 50 square metres, tv, guarantees the pleasure of living in the house in the evening or daytime.
The integrated kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric juicer, blender, "moka").
In front of the entrance there is a terrace where guests can eat their breakfast, or enjoy a drink.
The bathroom is 12 square metres wide and has a large window. It's one of the most comfortable rooms of the apartment with its suspended sanitary and oversize shower (1.60 m X 1.15 m).The double sinks are based on centuries-old oak, of great value and beauty.

Summary: We had a superb time in Verona and at Stefano and Elisabettas place. They made us feel very welcome but with a feel for privacy. But was always helpful if we needed anything. The apartment is really nice and fun with a personal loving touch. We would really like to recommend the breakfast which was homemade and served by Elisabetta. This was a highlight and the perfect start of the day for us. We found that the apartment was perfectly located for our purpose to visit Lake Garda , Venice and of cource Verona itself and all the wine districts right around the corner. We will return next time we are in the atea not just for a stat but to say to hello to Stefano and Elisebetta.

Summary: The property was just as advertised. The host and hostess were phenomenal people. They were so kind to us. They brought us traditional cake and red wine. The amenities were very nice. Super nice kitchen to cook in and a large bathroom to accommodate the family. Hope to visit again soon.

Summary: Had an absolutely wonderful stay! Elisabetta & Stefano are such welcoming hosts & made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The apartment had adorable decorations & was so charming & cozy. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Verona! Also recommend doing the breakfast option. Elisabetta provided fresh fruits each morning & even made us some homemade pastries along with other delicious food & coffee. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Summary: Property is accurately described and it is clear that Stefano and Elizabet are both extremely proud of their property. Clearly a lot of love has gone into creating it. Great location for easy access to Verona centre, lake Garda and the wine regions but a car is a must. Fantastic stay has left us wanting to sample more of Italian hospitality. X

Summary: We spent a very pleasent week in this house located at the entrance of Verona. Elisabetta and Stefano have welcomed us very nicely. The house is very comfortable and clean , decoration is very pretty,. Climatization has been highly appreciated regarding summer heat. For bed and breakfast, this accommodation is perfect. For one week or more on holidays, a washing machine would be appreciated, regarding the high level of comfort of the house.

Summary: Brilliant place with exceptional managers. House very homely and with everything you need. Placed close to the center of Verona (10 min. drive). The road outside the house goes directly into the center of Verona one way and more or less directly to the Garda fun gardens and beaches the other way. Will stay there next time I´m coming to Italy.

Summary: We loved our stay in Verona. This place is like a French farmhouse with a modern kitchen. Nice big bathroom and shower. Located walking distance from a couple restaurants. About 15 minutes drive from the train station. An outside patio with large table is a nice touch. The hosts were lovely and very helpful. Hope to be back soon.
