L'appartamento Γ¨ provvisto di cucina attrezzata (minifrigo con freezer, microonde, doppia piastra a induzione, essenziali per cucinare, stoviglie e posate, moka, tostapane, bollitore elettrico, frullatore), 1 letto matrimoniale, 1 letto pieghevole singolo (per il terzo ospite), 2 tavoli con sedie (uno interno ed uno esterno), TV, guardaroba con grucce, bagno con doccia (accessibile solo tramite scala).
Viene fornito un set di asciugamani a persona e le lenzuola.

A 200 mt Γ¨ presente la fermata Via Barucchi/Sorte del bus numero 41 che in 30 minuti porta direttamente in centro. Le corse giornaliere sono 7 da lunedΓ¬ a venerdΓ¬ e 5 il sabato. Non cβΓ¨ servizio di domenica e nei giorni festivi.
Camminando 2 km si arriva in Piazza Chievo, da cui passano i bus numero 11 e 95 con frequenza ogni 15-20 minuti circa, in servizio anche la domenica e nei giorni festivi. Fino a qui, di sera Γ¨ attivo il servizio a chiamata Scipione.
