Summary: My family was fortunate enough to stay at the Tides Boat House this past Season and everyone was blown away. I am very happy with my decision to book, although it was originally my second choice. The master suite upstairs was perfect for my husband and I, and we enjoyed coffee on the balcony upstairs in the mornings and waking up to the sunrise off the water. The downstairs was perfect for our children who would come when they could. The home as a nice master bedroom downstairs and guest room. And the kitchen!!! Wow. It really is a chef's kitchen. We enjoyed cooking in there and there is a breakfast area and a large dining table with benches that could accommodate our large family. There is also a patio table on the screened in porch which we used most of the time. There is no pool, but the weather was perfect to enjoy the hot tub. The kids loved kayaking in the river and exploring all the spoil islands. The beach is just a few blocks down and looks like a private, locals beach. It is down this canopied sandy path through the mangroves and seagrapes! It is truly stunning. I think there was a bike trail through there also. Anyways, bathrooms are a little outdated, but everything else exceeded our expectations and working with Joe and Amanda was fantastic and they were able to accommodate all our needs. We will definitely stay here again!

Summary: This beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home was perfect for my family and I for our monthly stay in Vero Beach this season. The house is just as pictured, but what surpassed my expectations were the beautiful evening sunsets and we even saw dolphins. There were bait fish jumping in the river right off the house and a ton of birds, like Ospey and Great Blue Herons. Not to mention the fantastic hot tub was so relaxing and a great way to spend mornings and evenings! We enjoyed making dinner in the gourmet kitchen and eating outside on the patio. The secluded home and private setting walking distance to the beach and the Village Beach Market were a great convenience. The trail to the beach is stunning and leads to a rather private local's beach. The upstairs master suite has slider glass doors that opens the whole wall to amazing views and cross breezes. Nothing like lying in the hammock, drinking a cocktail, and watching the sunset with the dolphins in the background :) We will definitely be back!
