Summary: My wife and I had a great time staying at the Aqua cottage. It is ideally located across the street from public access to the beach. We feel Vero Beach is one of the best beaches for walking in Florida which is why we chose this. Chris was fantastic - friendly, easy to communicate with, and flexible when Hurricane Milton interrupted our travels. We found the cottage to be reasonably priced and has all the needed touches (e.g. kitchen with key appliances, beach gear, etc.) to choose this over a local hotel. The cottage is a bit tired and could use some updating, however we loved the value and location. We would happily stay here again.

Summary: We had such a great time at the house, it was a rainy weekend at the beach so we ended up spending a lot more time than we planned in the house but it was great. They had board games for the kids, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and the beach equipment really came in handy, especially the cart. especially the cart!

Summary: Great property. The house had all the things you might need while on a trip. Beach toys, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, the works. The beach wagon with the huge wheels was so awesome! Beds were comfortable, ac worked great, tvs were good. And the beach across the street was just what we wanted. If you are looking for a great beach house right across from the beach, this is a great spot.

Summary: This stay was an excellent retreat from the usual touristy and crowded areas. The beach was just a short walk away—less than 3 minutes to reach the water. The place had more than enough appliances, including an abundance of plastic, ceramic, and glass plates, cups, and utensils. All the beach accessories you might need were provided: umbrellas, chairs, toys, boogie boards, and towels. Our vacation consisted of 4 adults, 3 children, and 1 dog, and we found the accommodations perfect for our group. The owner was quick to respond to messages and was very professional when checking in to see how things were going. The neighborhood was quiet. Publix is a 6-minute drive away, and there is a 7-Eleven just a couple of blocks away. There are also a few local restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely be coming back.
