Spectacular and newly renovated condo, DIRECTLY ON THE OCEAN! It's an end unit, top floor, facing east, south and west, so there are sunrises in the morning and sunsets in the evening. Three sliding doors open onto a large patio facing the ocean. Sounds of the ocean from master bedroom and living room. Sit and rock on the quiet, peaceful patio. Completely renovated condo with brand new tile flooring throughout, complete new kitchen, all new bathrooms and new washer/dryer in unit! Smart TVs in all the rooms and high speed wifi. New King mattress and adjustable bed in master bedroom. Twin beds in guest room can be converted to a king bed if needed. Comfortable rocking chairs on the porch so you can sit outside all day. Electric grill on the patio for easy barbeques. Four beach chairs and umbrella available for the beach. Only 70 steps to the ocean!

Summary: The condo was beautifully furnished, and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. I appreciated that enough supplies were furnished that I didn’t have to rush out and buy dish soap, paper towel, trash bags, toilet paper, etc., right away. The location was great…a very nice beach, an easy walk to shops and restaurants. Michelle was great to work with, no complaints at all. Would highly recommend renting this property.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Ocean Club III. The condo has been totally renovated and is very comfortable. It has all the items you need for a week’s stay. The beds, bedding and furniture were all very nice and the views of the Ocean cannot be beat. We hope to be back.

Summary: Even though we stayed during the unprecedented Tornado that hit Vero Beach our stay still went well and Michelle was a great help. You cannot help Mother Nature !! Definitely will be looking to going back to the area and even the condo again.

Summary: Me and my family had a lovely time at this condo. It has everything we needed, it’s super cozy, and the ocean view is amazing! Michelle is a wonderful and caring host, she answered all of my questions and was super helpful. The area is quiet and nice, it has fresh seafood markers nearby, restaurants, stores, fishing spots, and a cute McKee botanical garden. I’d definitely recommend this place!

Summary: This condo was better than described. It had everything we could need. It was beautifully furnished and seemed newly renovated and decorated. The views were spectacular. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and pool all week as well as the nearby restaurants, shops and local parks/beaches. We would highly recommend this condo and look forward to returning again.
