Summary: This is not a beach front hotel and not even close to it. Wifi is not included and there is a fee for each device, which is ridiculous . Fairly new hotel located in Port Morales. Very family friendly and away from the hustle of hotel zone. Very clean, friendly staff and service was top notch. Fishing , snorkeling activities are available. The food was okay it is what I expected for all inclusive buffet style dining. Room service is available and we took advantage of ordering food in. If you’re looking for a laid back, family oriented resort then this is the spot. If you want more excitement and want to be part of the scene you will be bored here. My only complaint is that on our last day there was a rain storm and the electricity kept going in and out. We were miserable on our last day. The room was extremely hot and electricity was not reliable.

Summary: This resort is absolutely lovely, from the accommodations to the staff. The rooms are clean, modern, and fully stocked. The staff were ALL kind, attentive, and welcoming. We could not believe how wonderful every single person was to us. The food was delicious at each of the five restaurants we visited. Room service was a very nice touch. We went as a couple celebrating our anniversary but plan to return with our children.

Summary: This property was real quiet. Nice pools. Good food. Feel free to explore other El Cid properties when you are there. Room Service 24/7 with real delicious food. Everything was good except the beach was full of seaweed and they are doing a lot to keep the beach clean.

Summary: If you’re looking for clear water or nice beach, look elsewhere. Hotel is nice, good restaurants-Dolores Market was the most variety and the Hacienda Mexican and Koto Hibachi were great and room service was provided. This hotel Ventus Ha is across the street from the beach, and most of the events and restaurants but golf cart rides are provided upon request at valet stand. The hotel is very clean and cared for, but there are wild animals running around like raccoons and coati. The beds were soft and the water pressure was great, with nice bathrooms. The seaweed was a bummer but not hotels fault. The pools were relaxing at Ventus Ha, the rooftop pool (adults only) was awesome. The Main Marina pool was super fun and exciting with the games, volleyball and jumping rock and slides. The drinks were always delicious and delivered poolside. Overall a great choice for food and service, but would stay elsewhere for a nicer beach.

Summary: Great resort with very good restaurants. Pools are very nice. Friendly staff and quick service. Beach is not very good and in our nine days there I did not see anyone go into the ocean. Staff try very hard to deal with the sea weed, but it is a losing battle. Would stay again.
