This spacious ground floor apartment has a generous kitchen/living room and its own private garden patio, the perfect place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. New king bed with foam top covered with 500 thread count sheets. Make your meals in the well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy free Wi-Fi, free bikes, and a large flat screen TV. Linens supplied. Reviewer Comments: My husband, my toddler and I stayed at Abbey del Sol for a quick getaway to celebrate both of their birthdays. It was wonderful. We were in a spacious unit on the ground level. We had our private terrace to enjoy coffee outside. Everything you could possibly need was available for use in the kitchen. We were provided with a 5 gallon bottle of water for cooking and drinking which was super convenient. The air conditioners in both the dining/kitchen/living area and the bedroom were in great working order but we primarily used the fan in the bedroom at night. King Bed was super comfortable and spacious for all three of us to sleep in. Water pressure in the bathroom was perfection with plenty of hot water. If you need a high chair just ask! They also have a “crib” but it’s more of pack and play and you’d need to bring your own bedding. We enjoyed hanging out at the pool and loved that the beach was a 5 minute walk from the property even more. Check out Unico Beach Club! My husband utilized the bicycle to run errands in town so that was very convenient. Plenty of restaurants and shops in walking and biking distance. Many of the restaurants also do delivery. The staff at the front were friendly, accommodating and professional. It was a wonderful little stay all in all. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Would definitely come back. The only con is that the tv is in the bedroom and when you have to put down a toddler at 8 pm, that leaves the rest of the evening with no entertainment unless you have your phone or laptop. Maybe a small tv can be placed in the living room area? Either way, it’s a very small con. Thank you to Mariela at front desk for being so kind and accommodating!

It was the highlight of our Yucatan stay and we could have just lounged on the property all day. The pool was refreshing, we used the bikes everyday, and our own private outdoor space was amazing. The STAFF! So welcoming and kind - felt like staying with a family. Thank you - we highly recommend this place.

Good beds, a kitchen with everything on it. The bathroom looked good and a lovely pool for the children. It also has a very good location. The beach is a 3-minute walk and the nice centre is a 5-minute walk.

The property is so well maintained and the people in the office make sure you are well taken care of. It's a quick 2 minute walk to the beach or even faster if you use one of the many free bikes they have. We will definitely be back to this amazing gem again soon.

As perfect as hotels get and I've stayed at a few. It's clean, quiet, has probably the best pool I've ever been in and is just spitting distance from the beach. Our room had tons of space and was really lovely to come back to each night. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, offering local tips and going out of their way to get us situated and comfortable. Abbey Del Sol might just be THE REASON we come back to Puerto Morelos.
