Positive: We loved the location and having the lake behind it, perfect for watching nature while drinking your morning coffee. The house had everything you needed for cooking and bbq. There were plenty of towels including pool towels.

Positive: We always go to Venice Beach and surrounding areas at least 4 times a year, we have stayed at several properties but this one was definitely the best. The best balance in PRICE, LOCATION and amenities. We will definitely go back

Positive: The hosts were great and provided everything we needed. Many nice touches like k-cups and creamer for coffee, plenty of towels. The location was very convenient and it's a quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. We enjoyed the heated pool and screened patio.

Negative: There were a couple maintenance items that needed attention like a bedroom window that didn't close properly and the vertical blinds needing repair. Overall the property was in nice condition, just a little dated.
