Positive: Location was very convenient. House was clean and well kept. Heated pool was great. House had everything needed to enjoy our stay.

Negative: Water needs a softer. Water had a smell.

Positive: This property was well maintained and the price per night was reasonable. The private pool and hot tub was really great.

Negative: There was a refundable deposit that was not collected on my credit card when I made the reservation. Had to deal with multiple emails to straighten this out and what was the most inconvenient is the the owners would not allow us to make the deposit with a credit card or even cash. We do NOT use online payment applications like paypal. But we were forced to in the 11th hour. We spent hours of valuable vacation time trying to figure out how to get the deposit paid this way. We were also forced to give personal and financial information to yet another big tech entity that we do not want to do business with. Everything outside of this issue was a great experience. We think this host and the value of the accommodation was exquisite. But we hope the host will accept deposits in cash or with credit cards in the future.

Positive: It was clean, comfy, and beautiful. Nice little home away from home. The owners were so helpful and checked on the property after the hurricane before we got there. Which I'm so grateful since we needed to quickly get ready for my son's rehearsal dinner and needed to be sure we had power. I would definitely stay again.

Negative: We couldn't get the hot tub to get hot, we may have been doing something wrong. The sink in the hall bathroom wouldn't drain. Probably just needs a little maintenance. Overall it was a nice stay I can't complain.

Negative: there was an issue with the water system inside It had a sulfur smell other than that, everything else was amazing.
