Positive: Powerful hot water shower. Great location near monastery. Pretty garden. Comfortable bedding. Good breakfast (though fresh fruit other than apples won’t go amiss.)

Negative: Absence of light blocking curtains made it difficult to sleep. Cottage was large but really cold! The electric heater struggled to add warmth. It was literally colder indoors than outside. “You chose the cheap room,” reception said. No hangers and poorly positioned electrical outlets.
