Positive: Comfy beds, cute little balcony. Location close to Brunswick Street restaurants and shopping.

Negative: Be careful if parking in Fitzroy Mills car park as suggested on host's site. There is a market there Saturday's and Sunday's.

Summary: Love the location! Had everything we needed for our stay!

Negative: The Saturday night was very noisy until 3am due to proximity to Brunswick Street.

Summary: Great spot, very close to eateries, etc but this does mean Saturday night was noisy.
