Positive: Amazing breakfast!!! overall it has been a long time since I had such a great room for the right price, like in this case. Staff was really polite and the rooms were really comfy Another extra point was the ironing station in all the floors, a must!

Negative: The parking payment was a little bit of hassle, as it was not really clear how to proceed with the payments

Positive: Everything from the moment we arrived at the hotel . Staff were exceptionally nice , room lovely and bed very comfortable. Breakfast is very good also. Came back and stayed another night before we went home.

Positive: Breakfast super. Parking Garage good. Good Amenities in the room and on the floor you get free water, Cola (but no Zero), Coffee and tea. Iron Room on some floors. Good bed and bedding.

Negative: The whole hotel is mainly black, dark gray and dark green- so if you want to set that coming episode of depression into gear, it's your place to be. The hallways are scary, lights go on very late, gave me "the Shining Hotel" vibes. My room was probably the usual punishment for booking third party: It was in the 2. connected building, what meant that every time you go up or down, you have to use 2 different elevators. When i arrived with my luggage on my floor, i got out, the elevator closed, and i stood panicky in pitch black darkness fumbling for my mobile phone flashlight because the doors to the hallways were closed and difficult to open. Entering my very small, very dark (black floor, gray walls, black ceiling) room, i was astounded to see the toilet next to the door. No separate room. So you better hurry up doing business because you cannot open the windows and the climate is super slow. And sitting on the loo you stare at yourself in a huge black mirror wall. Who puts something like that in place? A narcicisst or a masocist, i guess. There was no closet, only two hooks and two hangers on the wall and a very small table. Something i noticed not only with my room door but also with the many doors i passed walking the dark hallways because of the 2-elevator situation: The doors do not close themselves, you need to give them a good pull or push, and many doors were open. I even slept with the door not really closed to my complete horror when i realized the next morning. I went to the reception to ask for a favour, i was told that i would get a call to my room with the answer that never came. There is no connective line to reception on the phone in the room so you have to google it and call via mobile phone. I had one dinner in the restaurant- a tiny vegetable bowl for 17 Bucks. Not worth the money.

Summary: Mixed experience. Good breakfast & bed, but depressing room with toilet next to entrance door.

Negative: I was provided a room that was separated from another room by a door which I did not like it at all. I asked the Reception to change my room which they did not do it and there no information during the booking about such room. I found this not appropriate
