Positive: Lovely property so close to the beach and lovely restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Negative: The bed was a bit too small for us but other than that everything was great. Be aware there are no local shops.

Positive: The property was pretty much perfect! Beautifully furnished, super clean, spacious and very well equipped. We were greeted with a small bottle of Prosecco and a lovely heart shaped basket full of things like coffee, tea, chocolate and cookies! We thought this was a really nice touch from the host, to welcome us into their property. The location was fantastic for us and what we wanted out of our holiday. We knew we were going to be doing a fair bit of driving based on where we wanted to visit in Cornwall and this was the perfect base for us. But not only a good base but Seaton itself, the beach, the scenic views and facilities such as the beach bar were fabulous. We had no idea the beach was so close by. Just a stones throw away! We would definitely like to return to this property in the future - thanks very much!

Positive: This was a lovely little studio property with a fab beach and pub nearby. Very dog friendly, exceptionally clean and some lovely welcome gifts. Would stay where again if we came back.

Negative: Would have quite liked a bigger mirror ! But otherwise it was perfect.
