Positive: I could wax lyrical forever more about the benefits of staying here! If you truly want to relax, recharge, and appreciate the benefits of being so close to the sea, then Penrose is a must. Waking up to hear the sea, the birds, and breathe in clean sea air is a joy. To walk five minutes down to the sandy beach and stroll along to your heart's content! Watching the sun set before dinner in springtime is another added bonus. Of course, Penrose would be an ideal base to go out and about visiting Cornwall too. We were here for four nights and found lots to do right on the doorstep. Loved it!

Negative: The fact we had to go home and it was a beautiful sunny day and the beach was just there!
