Positive: Clean and modern apartment, comfy bed and nice shower. Host was super responsive and accommodating, allowing me extra time to check out after doing València marathon which was very useful!

Positive: Good location, very close to the beach. The owner is very nice and helpful. We arrived later than expected cause our flight was delayed so he waited for us. Also very helpful with tips about the city. Clean, comfortable bed, coffee machine and all that you need for a good stay.

Negative: Bit strange to have the bathroom in the same room with the bed especially the toilet door that it’s not fully closed.

Positive: The apartment is clean, has a lot needed for comfortable stay, like oven/microwave, dishes, hair dryer, etc. It’s very close to the beach. I really liked communication with the host. The bed was quite nice.

Negative: Both shower and toilet have no full door, actually. If for the shower it does not matter that much, for toilet, I guess, it is. The door is like a shower door not full height of the room that does not separate any noises/smells from the rest of the room. The apartment also does not have real windows.

Summary: Close to the beach, fairly good on price/quality balance
