Positive: Location near the beach is perfect. Quiet block. Apartment is big - 3 bedrooms facing an inner courtyard so it is quiet. Living Room and dining/kitchen face the street, where there is plenty of light and a view of the ocean in the distance. Damian was very good with communication and responsiveness throughout our stay.

Positive: Near the beach Malvarrosa. 🏖️ Grocery stores about 100-200 m distance. Some people’s said public transport is far…Public transport is at the front of the building 50-100 m distance - bus. Other buses at distance of 200-300 m. There are many options to go to the centre of the city. Sand is fine, water is shallow and with perfe temperature. Damian is perfect host of the apartment. Easy communication, answered of all our questions. Even allow us to stay a bit more. Thank you Damian, all our gratitude to you! We see you next time!
