Summary: The property is lovely, the pool is fantastic and the house is really well equipped. This feels like a home. The beach was a 2 minute walk away, which meant we could pop in the morning and have a pre-breakfast swim. There’s a supermarket about a 5 minute walk away which was really useful. We were only there a couple of days but I’m already thinking about a return trip.

Summary: We booked this place for 13 women on a girls weekend and WOW it was absolutely perfect! The host Juan had wonderful communication with me via WhatsApp. There are plenty of beds and everything was clean and presentable (the showers were lovely and big too!)The garden area was perfect for all of us to hang out, swim, sunbathe - the garden gets full sunshine all day long and has TOTAL privacy, nobody can see in from neighbours which is a bonus. 1 minute walk from the beach and promenade full of restaurants and amazing vibes. We will definitely book this place again! The only issue was trying to get taxis from the area into Valencia centre on one of the evenings, maybe it was just the time of day, but we eventually managed and some of us got the bus. I will recommend this villa to EVERYONE!

Summary: Great house nearby the beach in lovely Valencia. We were there with a group of 11 marathon runners. The house was more than spacious. Enough rooms and beds. A well equipped kitchen and 3 bathrooms. Not to forget the garage and z cosy swimming pool. Communication with Juan, the host, was perfect.

Summary: This Casa was large enough to accommodate 9 people comfortably. The pool and outdoor area was clean and gave our 1 year old child room to play. The Casa is located a short walk from the sea and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here.

Summary: We stayed in your beautiful property to celebrate a milestone birthday and we had such a wonderful time! The location is perfect, minutes from the beach, frequent buses into the centre of Valencia from a stop very nearby. Lots of local restaurants and supermarket around the corner. Villa has everything we wanted and more and the swimming pool was a big hit, not to mention the pink flamingo who featured in many of our photos! Juan and Isabel your communication and kindest were amazing. Thank you!
