Summary: This place was not really modern, but super, super, super clean! The staff was really nice. You may want to ask for more bedding because they are a little short on the pillows and stuff. Not that they were short, it’s just they give you one pillow per person, and that doesn’t work for us at least. Besides that, everybody was so friendly. The place was so clean, it was really cozy! We brought our two dogs with us, and it was awesome. There was a pet deposit, which was non-refundable, which I wish they would’ve told me here on hotels.com, but we paid it. We were there, and we were thankful. Besides that, everything was amazing. I definitely recommend this place!

Summary: Everyone was extremely nice down to the grounds keeper. The dishes were mis-matched and everything was outdated, but clean and functional. It is also near a ton stores, including Walmart. I will be recommending Vacation Villas Resort to anyone needing affordable accommodations on the Space Coast!

Summary: Everything was great! We had friends staying in the cmapground down the road so we didn't spend much time at the place but it was very nice. Parking was right at the front door and everything we did need was in the kitchen, it was nice being able to sit on the porch and enjoy our coffee in the morning.

Thomas Apr 4, 2026 08:37:12 AM
Summary: AC didnt work, Bed hurts, flat pillows, no shampoo. Dusty vents and cob webs in the corners and on fixtures. Safe and affordable if you are in a Jam
Suzanne Apr 3, 2026 11:22:03 PM
Summary: A full condo, well laid out and comfortable. Thoughtful extras like dish soap and laundry soap. Full kitchen and screened in porch. Staff very helpful, friendly and welcoming!
Breann Mar 29, 2026 12:19:13 AM
Summary: It was confusing to find our room and looked like it had not been renovated since the 80s.
