Summary: The host had excellent communication before, during and after the stay. They went our of their way to inform us on the rocket launch schedules/changes and local attractions that might interest us. The VRBO was clean, tidy and ready for check in as promised. Would absolutely stay here again if travel brings me back to this area.

Summary: The Dolphin Flat was easy to get to and more spacious than the photos lead me to believe! The place was spotless and very comfortable. We used the washer and dryer, both of which were large capacity. The kitchen had everywe needed. Communication with Captain Mitch was a breeze with very fast response times. Great place!

Summary: It was an all-around 10! A great location, clean, comfortable beds, there was no hassel getting in (the codes were all correct, this is not always the case with vrbo), the owner was responsive in case we needed something. Everything worked! We were able to watch a rocket launch, most importantly there are bike lanes all over the place and it was half a mile to the bike path. We would definitely rate this a 10!

Summary: We had everything we needed! Very close to the Titusville, Playhouse and other restaurants and shopping opportunities. Perfectly placed on the water. Captain Mitch was a great host and even accommodated returning a pillow we forgot to take with us. We will stay there again!
