Summary: Had a fantastic stay at the Fly Fish Flat! I highly recommend booking with Captain Mitch for anyone going to Titusville. Apartment was very clean, the kitchen was also great and had everything I needed. Captain Mitch checked on me multiple times to make sure everything was good and offered extra A/C if I felt it was too hot. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I stay in Titusville.

Summary: Just…WOW! The Fly Fish Flat offers a unique atmosphere. Nautical, fishing and beach themed. The host is super responsive, offering local tips and advice. We got to watch two rocket launches!The place was very clean and the furniture comfy. Huge LG smart tv. Full size washer and dryer. The historic downtown is less than a block away, providing restaurants, ice cream, a brewery and a cute little Cuban cafe. Close to the Space Center and the National Refuge/beach. Thanks, Mitch!!

Summary: The location of this rental is excellent, as is the communication and flexibility of the host. There’s plenty of parking, a fantastic view of four big & active rocket launch pads across the river, and loads of food & drink options within walking distance, not to mention the nice parks nearby. This place is perfect for a couple or two for a weekend or week-long “base of operations” for rocket launch windows, Kennedy Space Center or beach visits, and of course fishing expeditions (with copious decor to match the latter).

Summary: So convenient to everything: Merritt Island NWR, Canaveral seashore, and close to good restaurants, including one where we got a delicious introduction to rock shrimp. We appreciated the laundry room, comfy spread-out space and location right next to the water (and several rare-to-us water birds). Don't hesitate to come here for a great stay!

Summary: Captain Mitch was always available. When we checked out, I left a sport coat in the closet. He stopped by, found it and immediately offered to mail it to me. As it turned out, we had not left Titusville and I was able to meet him at the apartment and pick it up. A great host.
