From the spacious roof terrace you have a panoramic view of the nearby Mediterranean. The rooms are large, bright and friendly. The house pool (6,5x4m), surrounded by a terrace and sun loungers, ideal for sunbathing and refreshing. The house has underfloor heating and can accommodate every season (included). The plot (about 800 sqm) is fenced and therefore ideal for family holidays. A wooden house with sauna and sports equipment is located in the garden.

Summary: Overall very good stay and nice hosts , however some minor negative points , especially considering the price we have paid : kitchen way too small and no dish washer , internet connection not good , and presence of dog s owner was annoying with early morning barks etc … not good to habce good rest

Summary: We loved our stay here. This is the perfect place to stay if you visit Tossa de mar. Gunther and Kathrin are amazing hosts and very personable. It felt like we were visiting family. We would definitely stay here again. The views are stunning from the room and everything was exceptionally clean.

Summary: The appartment and especially the spectacular seaview were beautifull. The appartment was perfect for us as a family of 4. The kids really enjoyed the nice pool. We would love to stay here stay here again!

Summary: As a family of four, with two young girls, we had a great stay at Casa Friesia. The view towards the sea was fantastic, and the location was good with a couple of beachdx not too far away (though we drove and parked closed by). We felt immediately relaxed as soon was we arrived, it was quite peaceful there away from the crowds. Kathrin and Günter were friendly and accomodating, and I would recommend this property to other families wanting to stay in the Tossa de Mar area.

Summary: We greatly enjoyed our stay at Casa Friesia. The apartment is conveniently located between Tossa de Mar and Lloret de Mar. Personally, we found Tossa much more enjoyable as a family. The apartment is well appointed and spacious. The photos truly represent the property. It worked perfectly for our family of 4 (2 teens). The beach is close by, but does require a drive. Walking it would be tough as it is straight downhill, or perhaps more importantly, uphill on the way back home. It was nice that the apartment came with beach equipment so we didn't have to buy much. Gunter and Kathrin could not have been more welcoming and friendly. They live in the apartment below the rental, which is great if you need anything (we had a power surge during a storm and Gunter came right up and helped us reset the main power source which would have taken us quite awhile to figure out on our own). Plus, they had excellent recommendations for restaurants and markets. We all enjoyed Tina and Anton, their dogs. All in all, Kathrin, Gunter, and their dogs make you feel right at home. Leaving them felt like you were leaving good friends. The only downside was that there were lots of mosquitos when the wind died down. Not a complaint, just so you know that you may want to pack or buy bug spray. Additionally, the wifi was excellent, but limited in a few areas of the apartment. This did not hamper us at all, as we would have preferred not to have it all all, but it's a necessary thing these days. Again, these comments are meant as informational, not complaints. We would definitely recommend Casa Friesia to family members and friends.

Summary: We had a lovely stay in this beautiful villa. It was very clean and well furnished. We loved relaxing on the two balconies taking in the view, swimming in the pool and making the most of the sun terraces. We loved the beach at the bottom of the hill and going into Tossa de mar on an evening to eat at the various restaurants. Gunter and Katherine were very welcoming and the perfect hosts. Highly recommended. We hope to return soon. .

Summary: Casa Friesia was a perfect fit for our family of three from Alaska. The first mornings sunrise from our private balcony, is moment we will not soon forget. Morning coffee or evening vino overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, there is nothing quite like it, ever. Gunter and Kathrin are exactly what we hope for in hosts, now life long friends. Both bedrooms, both bathrooms and the kitchen are very well appointed and we found everything we needed. Both private porches had everything we needed as well, including a grill. We enjoyed beautiful walks to the numerous beaches, and along the forest trails. Kathrin and Gunter let us tag along on long walks with their two four legged family members and enjoy frolicking on the beaches with the dogs. Both Tossa de Mar and Lloret de Mar are minutes away, rich in history and fun to explore. We found the listing exceeded our expectations, it was extremely clean and well maintained. We would not hesitate to recommend our friends and family stay with Kathrin and Gunter and look forward to returning again ourselves. If you have the chance visit some of the local bodegas with Kathrin and Gunter for a local flavor. They both have great suggestions for local exploration. We especially enjoyed exploring the nearby greek and roman ruins and ancient villages.
