Positive: The location is excellent. I visited in February, and it was very comfortable and warm. I also enjoyed the outside area; it was very peaceful at this time of year. I recommend it to everyone who wants to exchange cold weather for a pleasant Spanish winter.

Positive: It was a simple place , very clean, pictures were accurate. Hosts met us there to check us in and were very warm and helpful. It was a small apartment , but fine for the two of us. Very comfortable bed. All amenities for a pleasant stay. It was a bit of a long walk to the closest beach . We did not mind the walk (steep uphill on the return)but if you have small children or mobility issues this would be a problem

Positive: Veranda was pleasant. Car parking is advantage.

Negative: Property location wasn’t described accurately, I would say misleading -“set in Tossa de Mar “ - for us ,not locals it sounds as a part of Tossa de Mar historical village itself. However, the place is 12 minutes drive away. Beach 600m - very small rocky beach- climb up way back. Another bigger beach 4 minutes drive unless you don’t mind to climb back (about 25 -30minutes). Car is necessity for this property which we didn’t expected at all. Facilities were ok. Used dishwasher sponge on a sink though. No salt, tiny amount of pepper, no oil. It’s ok probably for people who’re staying for a couple of nights. We were staying 5 nights- salt could be handy( didn’t make sense for us to buy it as it was our last destination before dropping off car). It was the first place through our five weeks travel which didn’t have these simple but useful things. No fly screen on the bedroom window - mosquitoes welcome… Overall it was quite disappointing stay on “the coast” instead of being relaxing and driving less after our few weeks travelling through Germany, France and Spain.
