Positive: We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this vacation apartment! We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment was not only spotlessly clean but also incredibly tastefully and modernly furnished. We were particularly impressed with the fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy for us to cook our own meals. The location of the apartment was perfect – quiet, yet close to the town and shopping facilities. The balcony, with its beautiful view, was the perfect spot to relax at the end of the day. The bed was also very comfortable, so we slept soundly every night. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. All in all, this was one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. We highly recommend it to everyone!

Positive: Everything was perfect, Hosts were really friendly and easy to speak too, apartment both affordable and very clean and an all round fantastic stay. Also, only a 10/15 minute €6 Uber from Split city centre. All over a 10/10 stay. I definitely recommend staying at Utopia Apartments if visiting Split.

Positive: My family (a group of 10 consisting of 3x generations) had booked ‘Utopia’ for 23 nights stay in 3x individual apartments. If It were possible, I would rate the apartments atleast 11 (Above Exceptional) This family run business, were seriously Exceptional hosts and none of us could fault anything. Each of the luxury apartments were extremely well equipped, better in real life (than what photos do it justice) with every facility you could ever need for a short or long stay, each apartment was very clean, spacious and luxurious with very comfortable beds and in immaculate condition throughout (very well maintained) I’m a fussy bugger and I was extremely impressed. The host’s treated us and welcomed us like we were family, their hospitality, second to none, they were super nice in every way and extremely accommodating and nothing was ever hard for them, they were caring, considerate and provided us plenty of space and always made us feel very special for choosing ‘Utopia’. The location is situated close to the town of Split by car with nearby shops and eateries within walking distance. Take my word the accommodation at 'Utopia' is second to none and you will be very impressed. My entire family were so impressed we miss our host’s, they felt like family with true family values, these lovely people have pride in the service they provide and if you are looking for accommodation that caters for all ages, look no where else. We will definitely stay here again, when visiting Croatia next time. Thank-you Franka, Ante, Marija and Ivana, ‘Utopia’ was the perfect accommodation, absolutely Awesome!
