Positive: It was extremely clean, it had free fruit and drinks, Free netflix and amazing wifi, comfortable bed, very nice host and big balcony and all washing facilities. Would 100% recommend this to anyone!

Positive: Suzana was an extremely friendly hostess. When we arrived at the apartment, she was there immediately and handed us the key. She then accompanied us to the apartment and gave us a room tour. The first impression of the apartment was very surprising, as it far exceeded our expectations. It was very cozy, clean, smelled very nice and the equipment in the apartment was perfect, be it in the bathroom, bedroom, living room or in the kitchen. Everything you need for a vacation in Split, Croatia is there in the Apartment. One of our friends fell ill. We wrote to Suzana and asked for help. Suzana was there immediately, as she lives just a few minutes from the apartment away. She then brought us medication without asking anything of us. She handed over the medication and gave it to us as a gift. We will never forget this caring and warm-hearted gesture from her. After leaving Split, we unfortunately forgot something in the apartment. We then wrote to Suzana again, and she was immediately available again. She then sent us the forgotten items back to Germany by parcel delivery on the same day we wrote her. Again, she didn't ask us for anything and did again as a gift. We can't put into words what a wonderful person she is, who only wants the best for her guests. Therefore, I recommend anyone who wants to spend their vacation in Split to visit Suzana's apartment. Not only is the service and the apartment outstanding, but also the connection to the city and the beach. There is even a supermarket under the apartment, and the Mall of Split is only 500 meters away. But the most important to mention is, whenever you need help, Suzana would be directly there to support you. I will never forget the act of service of her and will definitely come back to her, when I am doing a vacation in Split again. Thank you, Suzana, for your hospitality. You really touched our heart with your kind-hearted service.

Positive: We were welcomed by Suzana on our arrival and got all the informations about the apartment we needed during our stay. The apartment itself is very well equipped, the bedroom had big and comfortable bed and the closet had more than enough space for all the clothes we got. Everything was spotless, smelled real nice and we would choose this place again for our stay.

Positive: Perfect place, parking secured, everything near (market under, bakery 20m, shoping mall of split 80m). Apartment with two types of coffees (Nescafé and espresso), lot of towels, food and fruit for welcome, balcony big, Netflix free and a lot more. Clean, new and fresh. 100% recommended.
