Positive: Beautiful hotel, everything is brand new, clean and well taken care of. The swimming pool is the best we have enjoyed in Sri Lanka. Helpful staff, the owner comes everyday to ask if you need something and of you have a good time. We felt at home

Positive: We had a fantastic stay at US Cabanas. The owner is incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed, which made the experience feel very welcoming. The pool is clean and perfect for relaxing, and the location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The real highlight, though, is the crocodile lake right outside the entrance. Only a few steps away, we were able to watch wild crocodiles and an amazing variety of birdlife. We also had a great sleep in the comfy beds, and the breakfast was very good. It’s a unique spot that combines comfort, convenience, and a touch of wild nature highly recommended!

Positive: A gorgeous sanctuary in a quiet area. A short walk or tuktuk ride to beach and restaurants, but very quiet and relaxing. Clean, comfortable, and enjoyable. The owner is a very friendly and interesting guy. He can arrange anything for you and tell you stories about his life. There was great internet access and every room has a balcony with table and chairs if you are working online or just enjoying a quiet sunset. The pool was clean and brand new. Every room had a kettle and small fridge for snacks if you don’t want to eat out every meal. Breakfast was great and made fresh every day. More food than you could ever finish! When they open their restaurant, I’m sure it will be great, too.

Summary: Relaxing, safe and so comfortable I slept 9+ hours every night.

Positive: It is a brand (opened only a few weeks ago) new hotel, with rooms that have everything you need for pleasant stay. The rooms are very clean and the airconditioning works perfectly. Outside the room there is a small porch where you can sit and have a drink/play a game. The pool is clean and large. You can walk to the beach and in the proximity of the hotel (5 mins walk) is a lake where you can see crocodiles.

Positive: Really nice place to stay with friendly staff. Just opened so everything brand new. A bit difficult to find since it is not known to Google Maps yet. Also no dinner options so far due to absence of a chef. Breakfast could use some improvement. The cabana was fine and clean, beds comfy, AC worked perfect and shower was good.
