Positive: Everything! Secluded, far from the city. We were a bit worried it is far from city center but ended up staying on the property for whole 3 days without leaving at all. Amazing room, private empty beach. Building is beautiful, spacious and very well designed. Your eyes will be resting wherever you look. Staff is super attentive and takes care of anything sometimes before you know you want it. The food is delicious, pricy compared to Sri Lanka but definitely worth the value. Mutton biriyani was out of this world. We were in a low season and there was only 6-10 guests in the hotel. Altogether about 15 rooms on the property. Wake up early to catch the sunrise! Worth every rupee

Negative: Nothing bad to say, everything was excellent. Don’t listen to bad reviews here, people were expecting something else. You are in the middle of a beach jungle… There are mosquitoes, insects, gekos and the rest of band but staff meticulously cleans everything throughout the day.

Summary: Perfect beach retreat. Book, silence, beach, ocean.

Positive: The property is stunningly beautiful, clean and new. The pool is wonderful and you are right on the beach which is perfect for swimming. We stayed in a beautiful suite that was spacious and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious and the food served by the property did not disappoint. It is easy to get around with the Pick Me app to order Tuktuks. We discovered a wonderful restaurant nearby called Daily Delights that was also great!

Positive: Great hotel - all what is needed - super nice big and stylish decorated rooms - very friendly staff - super nice pool and garden - direct at the beach

Negative: One small thing: when you arrive there was no help with luggage (was maybe because we were earlier) but for that price you can expect this

Summary: Luxury small boutique resort - super staff and good food… seafood platter is top !

Positive: I paid slightly north of 120 usd for a night and loved it. Loved the pool. Loved the fact that they faced the Indian Ocean (no they don’t own the beach but u can access the beach front from the hotel and for that matter no one is on the beach anyways). Very welcoming staff reminding u off your meals for the next days .

Negative: Ok. I wouldn’t say these are my dislikes just some slippages I am sure they will be rectified this is a new property anyways. Shower, hmmm, water didn’t really go down the drain fast enough and there’s a pile of:/. And then there’s some little minor things on the design. Loved the room. Big, pretty, thoughtful. I turned off the lights. Cozy. And then I realised the window on top of the entrance can’t be shaded and light from the corridor was shining on my face the whole night. But otherwise I really loved it. It is a remote property by the way but that is what I liked it for

Positive: The beach was amazing and peaceful. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly.

Negative: The pool could have been more clean and well maintained. The hotel is fairly new and there are some ongoing renovations.

Positive: The staff are very friendly and do all they can to give you a pleasant stay. Completely new hotel with spacious room and bathroom, very comfortably equipped. Nice swimming pool and pleasant garden with direct access to the beach. Close to Nilaveli beach and Pigeon Island (15 min by tuktuk). Would definitely recommend!

Negative: Since the hotel is so new, there were still some works or minor finishing touches, but this did not bother us. It was a little strange that we had to pay for the room on arrival and not together with the extra food and drinks when we checked out, but the price was correct so this didn't really bother us either.
