Conveniently located in Old Town North, this townhome is a short 20-minute stroll to/from Old Town along the scenic Poudre River Trail. Summary: Very clean, great neighborhood, comfy beds. Really it was the perfect place to stay while we visited Colorado State University and the area. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Fort Collins.

Summary: The condo is beautiful and the management staff is easily accessible and friendly. There was plenty of room and the accommodations were spacious, clean, attractive and comfortable. Our only request would be for more kitchen supplies, towels and blankets. The appliances were great. The washer and dryer is large and convenient. TV's in each room are great. Parking is easy. Close enough to town, drive not walking in the winter.
