It is just blocks from Old Town Fort Collins, New Belgium Brewery and the scenic Poudre River Trail; it is also only a 15-minute drive from Horsetooth Reservoir. Enjoy a fun-filled day touring local breweries, relaxing near the water or shopping in Old Town; then come back to enjoy our light-filled townhome. The bright and sunny living area, plush king-sized beds and the awesome entertainment den make this a great family destination. You will absolutely love the SKEECH table which features multiple games and is fun for the whole family!
During your stay, you’ll love that you can walk to everything Old Town has to offer including restaurants, nightlife, shopping and even yoga! You’ll also be a short walk from the Poudre River Trail which allows easy access to Lee Martinez Park, the Fort Collins Museum of Discovery and the Poudre River Whitewater Park – all great adventures for the whole family. Summary: There were no surprises with this rental. The unit was exactly like the pictures and listing. It was very clean and had plenty of room. Stacy was great and very responsive. The location is great too. Would definitely stay here again if back in this area.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at the townhouse on Baum St.Baum. The area was very quiet, the train was not noticeable. All the rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The open plan kitchen and seating area provided ample space for our family to relax and prepare meals. All necessary items for kitchen and bathrooms was provided. Easy walk to downtown.We had a wonderful vacation and would highly recommend this property.

Summary: The place was really nice. We as a family enjoyed the special time together and celebrated our oldest graduation from CSU. It really was not very close to town. Also the bathroom tub wasn’t concreted in place so as you took a shower it squeaked and creaked.
