Positive: Great location near downtown Steamboat, easy access to trails and restaurants. Property was extremely clean and comfortable and dog-friendly.

Negative: Construction on both sides of the property, will end up blocking the view on the mountain side once complete. Parking was also difficult because our car didn't fit in the small garage with a tight turning radius to get in.
