This home also has a convenient location in Steamboat's mountain village. It's a quiet residential area up off the valley floor, so you'll have nice views of mountains and the valley, but it's also very convenient to the ski slopes, restaurants, shops, and Steamboat's free bus system. **Please note - the Alpenglow Haus is technically a duplex home, with an attached apartment that is long term rented to a local resident. You have your own entrance and driveway.

Summary: Overall the property was good, my personal opinion is that it is priced a little on the high side for what you get, but it was clean and had ample space for our group. The master bed only had 1 sheet because fitted won’t work because of added egg crate on top of mattress, The other beds were perfect. There was only 1/2 roll of the cheapest paper towels you can buy and not much toilet paper and there was no hand soap at most of the sinks. So we bought hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels. Overall we had a great time and trip! Can’t wait to come back to the Boat!

Summary: The owners of the place are super laid back and respect their Tennant's privacy. This place is great for multiple families and small groups of adults. The fireplace is amazing. The kitchen is fully stocked w cookware and absolutely gorgeous. I would definitely stay there again.

Summary: This was the 4th vrbo we have stayed at in western Colorado in the last 5 years and by far, was the most comfortable of all of our stays. Perfect layout for our group of 7 adults and 2 children. Every chair, bed and pillow, made us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed the kitchen and dining room, as it was very spacious for our group, and where we spent most of our evenings. We highly recommend and look forward to a return visit. Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Alpenhaus. From watching the sunset from the hot tub apres ski to the clean and comfortable accommodations; the responsive hosts to the excellent snow that they somehow ordered up for us, it was all wonderful. ‘Once a season’ winter storms dumped inches of powder almost every day, and they kept a nice path to the hot tub and our cars open every day. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to come back in the summer!

Summary: This house was the perfect fit for our family of 6. Comfortable in every way and from the mountainside a beautiful view of the Yampa Valley and awesome sunsets. Highly recommend. Hot tub and gas grill were also a hit and the huge deck a great gathering point.
