This 1924, 840 sq ft Craftsman Bungalow includes hardwood floors, central heating and air conditioning, comfortable memory foam beds with down & feather pillows, a private backyard, ample parking, beautiful front porch sunsets, and so many house plants you’ll wonder whether you’re inside or outside. Please read house rules prior to booking.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials, wraps, foils, pots, pans, dishes, etc.

Summary: Great communication from Tom. The house is beautiful and super clean! Great, quiet little neighborhood. The backyard sitting area is a tropical delight, and even has a water feature which is a nice touch. Loved our stay and will for sure book again!

Summary: We were in town for a wedding and the Urban Greenhouse was perfect for our small family and Labrador. The plants are amazing and perfectly maintained by Tom, the owner who was very pleasant and accommodating to us. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend this charming cottage in Northpark!

Summary: We had an awesome and very comfortable stay here. We had four kids and all fit comfortably for a couple of days. I truly enjoyed that this felt like a lived-in home rather than just a "rental", so there was definitely a true feeling of hospitality. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and it was close to Balboa Park where we spent most of our time. I would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Stayed here with our toddler and it was fantastic! Quiet location that was a quick drive to neighborhood restaurants and shops. We were never more than 20 minutes from any major San Diego attraction. The property itself is very well maintained and had more amenities than expected from the espresso machine to the air fryer as well as dishes and silverware for kids. There were even blackout shades in the bedrooms which made sleep easy for our toddler. Highly recommend for those with young ones!
