Positive: The location was perfect. The size and bedrooms were very comfortable. We had all we needed and more - the house was really beautiful.

Negative: The pictures showed there was a backyard video screen to watch movies outside. This was no longer available and we were a little disappointed. The WiFi didn't work upstairs. The house could use booster for that so it works everywhere.

Positive: Our host turned over this home for our family to enjoy during our trip to San Diego. It was beyond our expectations with plenty of things to keep us entertained throughout the house. It was very close to everything most visitors would want to do while in San Diego. The house was clean and comfortable with lots of room.

Positive: The interior decoration and amenities were amazing.

Negative: We had 6 adults that all needed a bed, we specifically chose this location because it listed having 7 beds but it only had 5 and a futon in the “butlers quarters” so we had one of our directors sleeping on the futon with their feet hanging off because they were taller than the futon. Otherwise we loved the space and would recommend they update their beds.

Positive: The house was beautiful and had loads of space. The kitchen had spices and some resources which is nice when you are traveling so you do not need to load up on things you may only use once. Was great for the big group we had. Would be a great rental for multiple families sharing a space or for groups that would like a little more privacy. The house had everything we needed and more!
