The private heated pool was just refinished with new PebbleTech coating and bright blue tile trim. The large patio was also just remodeled with travertine tile and a new granite countertop for the outdoor bar and kitchen area making the outdoor living space even more beautiful. There's a patio TV, an outdoor kitchen and grill, pool lounge chairs, and a conversational seating group to enjoy the gas fire pit in the evenings. The home is full of upscale amenities with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus a den/office featuring a big-screen TV, pullout couch, and a large built-in granite desk. All of the essentials are there including new kitchen pots, pans, and dishes. Big screen TVs are located in the living room, den, master, and the 2nd bedroom, plus a smaller TV on the patio. The beds are comfortable as are all of the furnishings throughout. It's a great place to relax and enjoy all that the Mesa, Phoenix area has to offer.

Summary: The house is perfect for four people. Enough kitchen items to augment any type of meal we wanted. The outdoor space, grill and pool was clean and inviting and we were so happy the pool was slightly heated. The host, Vickie was quick to answer any question. Thank-you, hope to stay here again.

Summary: Very nice property on the north side of town and a short drive to the Salt River and Saguaro Lake activities. The hosts were very nice and responded to all of our communications promptly!!The pool was a bonus for us, and the home was well stocked and equipped with everything we needed. Great home and would stay here again!!

Summary: This was the second year we stayed at this beautiful home. We love everything about it. The house is stocked with everything you will need and more. The pool and outdoor area are beautiful. We spent most of our days in the pool. The hosts are awesome and always respond in a timely matter to answer any questions that we have. We will absolutely return!

Summary: We had another exceptional stay at this beautiful home with private pool! Quiet neighborhood in Red Mountain, near Usery Mountain Park. Close to shops and restaurants. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms (2 Kings!), great living/dining area and wonderful outdoor space with multiple seating areas, fire pit and pool. Lots of little palm trees. Very relaxing. Third visit! We will be back!

Summary: We love this very private Mesa location. Close to what we want to do without the awful traffic. The house is a perfect fit for us and has an awesome patio with a great pool. The owners respond very quickly to questions or issues. We highly recommend this property.

Summary: This is a nice home and the host was responsive. It is comfortable for a couple and in a nice area of Mesa.It would be rated 5 in my estimation except the pool heater didn't operate properly for the first three days of our stay.Once the pool guy came out we had the properly heated pool we paid for in the daily fee.We would come back and stay in this home again.
