The home is a Resort Home and perfect for entertaining. Heated Swimming pool! ($350/weekend up to 7 days), 2 fire features, gas grill, Chef’s kitchen, spa like bathrooms, fireplaces inside and outside, golf course view right at the green, AND the rooftop patio – you can see all the mountains around and since we are on a hill, you can see the entire valley (gorgeous at night). In addition to the beds listed one queen self inflating air mattress is provided. Just 15 minutes from the Chicago Cubs spring training facility (Sloan Park). And about 45 minutes to the Milwaukee Brewers facility in Maryvale. If you like shopping, old town Scottsdale is just 25 minutes away. Very easy access to the freeway (202). Close to the Superstition mountains – great hiking at Lost Dutchman park.

This home is located in Red Mountain Ranch which is a master planned community in NE Mesa just off the 202 freeway. The Red Mountain Ranch Country Club is a mile and a half away and features all of the amenities of a country club with an award winning golf course, country club with restaurant and bar, fitness center, tennis and pickle ball courts, junior Olympic pool and spa. The country club is open to the public so you have the option to join. There are various levels of membership. The best short term option is a Pickleball Family Membership...$125 sign up plus $88/month. Member must be present with family or guests. It Includes access to tennis and pickle ball courts as well as the junior Olympic 75 foot heated lap pool and spa. Other memberships are available; you can find details on the Red Mountain Ranch Country Club website.

In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis.
Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am (no one is allowed outside front or back during this time)
Groups of all adults under 50 years old MAY not be accepted.
Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted.
Primary guests under 40 years old MAY not be accepted.
Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted.
Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted.
Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted.
Creepy Crawly Pool cleaner must remain in the pool. If removed the system will
overheat quickly and cause a meltdown.
No street parking at all times. The driveway and garage are available for your use.
No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc.
Mid stay cleanings are required on all reservations over 15 days in order to lessen the volume of cleaning required at check out.
Additional visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 12 adults at any time.

Summary: So convenient to enjoy our families event close by. Wedding & reception at Stonebridge Manor 4 1/2 miles away. This property comfortably accommodated our group, consisting of the youngest at 20 years old, to the Gr8gr8grandma at 92 years old. Highly recommend. AAA

Summary: Very nice home. It was my husband and a friend who are in are mid to late 70's. The pool for us needed handrails to negotiate the stairs safely. We pulled up a chair to use as a railing. Very nice pool. We paid for the heating but it only ran the one day we turned it on. We appreciated the same day delivery of a new Keurig when the original one would not work. The bar stools were hard to use, difficult to get up into and position. Furniture a little too soft for elders. Showers were great but wished the handheld wands had not been eliminated. A few kitchen cleaning supplies would have been good. I used the Methods Spray I found in the bathroom. Washer and dryer worked well. I laundered and replaced everything but what we used that morning. Also we moved around the nightlights since older folks need to have more light to negotiate. We had a very nice stay! Great location!

Summary: Stayed in this beautiful property for a family wedding in Phoenix. Everything was maintained and stocked perfectly. We wished we had been able to stay another week! Loved having coffee outside in the morning watching the golfers and enjoying the sunshine. Even though it was a little chilly out, the heated pool was amazing. Can’t wait to come back!

Summary: This is a wonderful property and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We were able to have our siblings in the area over for a day of visiting and catching up with each other! Loved the location as it was very easy to access everything we wanted to do. The pool and backyard is beautiful and we loved spending our time there.
