Summary: Gregory's house was perfect for our guys trip to Lexington. Perfect proximity 5-10 min walking distance to Rupp Arena and the downtown area. House was super clean and had everything we needed. Communication with Gregory at checkin and check-out was exceptional. He even had a couple of suggestions for where we should go out.

Summary: We've stayed at numerous rental homes...this house is absolutely one of the most beautiful homes and exceeded all others as far as being furnished and the thoughtful placement of mirrors and outlets. The house layout is perfect for providing privacy and multiple spaces to hang out. We hope it will be available, the next time we stay in Lexington.

Summary: Gregory’s place offered what I would consider a rare balance between being beautifully decorated and yet feeling comfortable and accessible. We have often been frustrated by rentals in the area having less than the bare minimum, This place restored our faith. It was extremely well stocked. I still don’t understand how the parking permit works because it seems like other people would be able to park out front on the weekend, but we had no trouble and were parking on a parade day, and the garage was also very convenient. all in all this is an excellent place and an excellent location. The only drawback is that Broadway is loud, the house is right on it. Anywhere in downtown Lexington is very loud because of motorcycles and ambulances, But a lot of the through traffic is on Broadway. I woke up a lot at night even with earplugs in. But for some people this is a non-issue. I would recommend this rental to anyone apart from that issue.
