renovated upper level home with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. 3 new remote controlled ceiling fans installed to help with the summer heat! One in each bedroom and the other one is in the kitchen. Portable ac unit I have it placed in the master bedroom .Shared entrance with owner/cohost in the basement now with an enclosed private upper level.
Close to downtown amenities, restaurants, and a gas station. Enjoy cooking dinner in an open concept dining/living room or lounging around the deck bbqing for friends.

Summary: I was very pleased and impreesed on how clean and quiet it was it was more than perfect will definitely stay again if in grande prairie.it sure beat staying in a hotel thank you again

Summary: The home is very spacious, centrally located to shopping, groceries etc. It seems very new, so maybe some appliances have a few kinks that haven't been sorted out yet. Specifically, the remotes for the ceiling lights/fans seemed to be interfering with each other and switching off the light in the kitchen, turned on the light in the bedroom and vice versa. It was quiet, well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds and bedding, could use a full length mirror.
