Summary: Clean and tidy as always. Disappointed that I booked the executive floor and the lounge and gym were closed for renos. These were the reasons I booked this floor. This was not noted on the booking site. A couple things out of their control this week such as a new fire alarm system to test and water was shut off to the room for while. Was informed of these events, just a bit inconvenient.

Summary: We had an accessible room because I have MS and it was the best accommodation I have ever had. The shower was really great for accessibility and the bed was comfortable and not to high so I actually had an easy time getting in, and that usually never happens. The included breakfast was really good great variety well stocked. Hotel was very clean and the staff super friendly. Great experience would stay here again

Summary: The stay was a surprise i wasn't planning on staying in a hotel that night but it worked out very well. It was very relaxing and nice to sleep in a king bed after weeks of camping and spending time with friends and family. The king bed could have been a bit more of on the comfy end of seeping but it was still a good sleep. The complimentary breakfast was fabulous. Had a great breaky and then went back to sleep for a few hours it was awesome. I requesteda late check out and made the stay even more fabulous.
