Summary: The property is a great place for family Fall Break. We love the property. The only downside is the pool is not heated in October and makes for a very cold swim. 309 is a beautiful place. Very clean and well equipped. And Your Friends at the Beach are fantastic.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our Seventh stay at San Remo. We drive down from Smyrna GA during our Grand kids fall break for a family week on the beach. The Condo feels like home away from home since we book the same unit each year. It is always clean and comfortable, well maintained and supplied with everything we need. It is convenient to the beach, pool and shopping. Our grandkids love everything about the experience and for 11 and 7 year olds to enjoy the stay and talk about what they will do when they get there next year, that is saying something.

There are many restaurants and seafood, takeout options within walking distance. All problems we had were immediately taken care of by on-site staff. Well definitely use San Remo in the future.
