Summary: We had a great time. The place was very inviting, clean, and had a well stocked kitchen. Loved having 2 decks so there was always shade if we wanted it. Check in was easy and Kris provided all the information we needed. Would definitely recommend this place.

Summary: We loved at stay here. My husband and I brought our one year old here to visit LBI near our family’s rental and this place was perfect for us (affordable, clean). The living space was very clean. The kitchen was updated and had everything we needed (though we didn’t cook too much here). The bedroom was big and perfect for us to put a pack-in-play farther away from our bed. The AC was always working great and we all slept well. Queen bed was comfortable and felt clean. The outdoor shower was very nice and we used it daily instead of the inside shower. The cleaning crew did a great job because everything felt really clean, especially the inside of the fridge and the kitchen. It’s more of a low key beach spot than a fancy rental but we loved it. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We've been to this property several summers now and it always does the trick for us: conveniently close to a great stretch of beach, a chilled out neighborhood, privacy to relax on our own schedule, and a clean kitchen and bbq grill to cook our own meals for the week. Will be back!

Summary: My stay was great. The location was great. The host even included beach passes to use. The bayside sunsets were breathtaking. We had plenty of space in and outside. Highly rated.
