Positive: Close to family and the beach. Bar and restaurant connected. Happy hour was a good bargain for food and drinks.

Negative: Parking. Although it was not difficult to find a spot nearby, a man in the back of the front desk was rude when I questioned the parking availability. I was most concerned about unloading the car when we first arrived. I misunderstood about the statement that only one car is allowed per room when booking.

Summary: We had a very enjoyable stay.
