I’m writing this review a bit late, but better late than never) So, back in August 2025, I hit the road with my family and parents for a Turkey trip. We stayed at a few different hotels along the way, varying in category. And to wrap up our holiday, we spent 7 days here — in two rooms of different categories, actually. So yeah, I’ve got plenty to compare it to! First off, this place is family‑run — the whole operation is in one family’s hands. And that’s a huge plus, because hospitality is their thing! We were welcomed like long‑lost friends — seriously, from the owner’s family to every single staff member. They jumped right in to help us park the car (which is no small feat around here), stayed on top of our questions, checked in on how we were doing, and even gave us a hand when we had a little problem with our car. Everyone speaks great English, and there was even a Russian‑speaking guy working at the restaurant. Second big win! The hotel just went through a major renovation. Everything got a fresh look — from the building’s exterior to the tiniest details in the rooms and around the property. New plumbing, appliances, dishes, bedding. It’s all clean, cozy, well‑designed, and thought through. You’ve got everything you need for a comfy stay. Oh, and there’s even a little capsule coffee machine in the room — with daily refills of capsules! Third up: the location. In my look, it’s spot‑on. You’re basically in the heart of lower Ölüdeniz — right where all the action is — but somehow all the noise and hustle don’t make it here. Huge plus if you’ve got kids or just want to chill in the evening. It’s a 5‑minute walk to the sea and the beach, 2 minutes to the main pedestrian street with bars, clubs, shops, and travel agencies, and just 10 metres to the artisan alley where you can pick up some unique souvenirs. Another thing I’ve gotta mention is the food.

Positive: Birant and the rest of the Unsal hotel staff were incredible, very accommodating and warming. We mentioned it was a special occasion for us so when we arrived our room was set up with flowers and Prosecco making it feel very special. When we were close to missing breakfast they’d call to remind us we still could make it in time and it was always delicious. All personal questions were answered happily, the room was very clean and large with a sunny balcony that over looked the stunning mountains and great pool, the general building / location of Unsal hotel was perfect and a 2 minute walk to the sea! restaurant orange just down the road was also lovely, met some very nice people such as Ercan and Hector working there, highly recommend here when coming to Oludeniz from our 6 night experience, p.s you should rent a scooter and head to Kabak beach, you’ll find a secret spot on the way back that has the most amazing view point of Oludeniz, the mountains around and blue lagoon.

Positive: great location away from busy areas,pool area lovely,great beds and small jacuzzi pool,and beautiful gardens.Breakfast plentiful and tasty.Very big comfortable bed and pillows.Lift to higher floors.Friendly staff.

Negative: Only a small point,several wall lights and lamp in room but the lack of a main central light left the main room a little dark when getting ready
