Positive: Very peaceful, quiet hotel. Lovely pool and plenty of sun loungers. The staff were all excellent, very friendly and helpful. The room was maintained spotlessly. Fabulous breakfast and the restaurant served food all day which was very good.

Negative: The air conditioning wasn’t the best. The TV did not work initially but was soon sorted on request.

Summary: Wonderful, we hope to return.

Positive: Having stayed at the Mozaik before, we were unaware the property had been sold at the end of last season, so it was a lovely surprise to see the positive changes already being made by the new owners. They made their presence known straight away and were incredibly friendly, humble, welcoming, and approachable throughout our stay. You can already see the investment going into the hotel, with improvements being made to the bedrooms and bar area, giving everything a fresher, more modern feel. The pool was honestly the cleanest we have ever seen it, absolutely immaculate all week, with cleaners, grounds staff, and the whole team constantly working hard to keep everything looking perfect. I was also really pleased to see that some of the familiar staff members had been kept on. Ilka, who in most people’s opinion is the heart and soul of the Mozaik, was still there, along with some of the restaurant and bar staff. That is a fantastic decision by the new owners because these people are a real credit to the hotel and a huge asset moving forward. The location is ideal too, close enough to the strip to walk to easily, but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet when you want to relax. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable week and genuinely could not fault the Mozaik. We will definitely be returning.

Negative: We stayed in one of the swim up rooms, which we have stayed in before, and we have also previously stayed in the apartments. Personally, I would have preferred a slightly larger bed, although it was still comfortable and absolutely fine for our stay. The only other suggestion I would make, if budgets allow in the future, would be to create a dedicated shower and changing area for guests leaving later in the day. A lot of flights home from Turkey are late evening flights, so unless you can secure a late checkout, which is not always possible, you currently have to use the downstairs gym shower area, which can get quite warm. On this occasion, we actually booked an extra night purely so we did not have the hassle of organising a late checkout or worrying about showering and changing before travelling home.

Positive: That the pool was just outside of our patio. Breakfast was good. Staff was kind and helpful. Short walk to shops and where paragliding was. Beach was a short walk. Turquoise water and pebble beach.

Negative: Nothing- all was good
