Welcome to the B Avenue Bungalows!
Come kick back and enjoy the island vibes in this newly renovated condo right in Coronado Village and also just a short 5 to 10-minute walk to Coronado Beach.
After your day down at the beach, stopping at the local restaurants, or taking a boat ride around San Diego bay, come back and chill out by the BBQ, or inside enjoying the smart TV.
Looking forward to your visit!
-The place is nestled in the famous Coronado Village, just steps to fabulous restaurants, coffee houses, shopping, and only a couple blocks from the famous Coronado white sandy beaches.
-We have a limited number of parking spots in a private garage for $25 per night, depending on availability. Let us know if you'd like to reserve one! (The parking garage's clearance is 6 feet, 6 inches.)
-Freshly renovated condo complete right across the bay from downtown San Diego with a queen-sized bed and 2 twin-sized beds.
-A "bonus room" is equipped with two single beds.
-Enjoy the at-home movie experience with a Smart TV in the living room.
-Enjoy the private bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen.
-Kitchen is complete with a refrigerator, stove, oven, and coffee maker.
-Relaxing patio out back to enjoy under the Cali sun.
-There is a shared coin washer and dryer at the complex for the unit.
-There are mini splits that provide AC
-Each unit comes with a beach wagon which includes beach towels, an umbrella, beach chairs, and sand toys!
**This unit does not have two separate bedrooms, the bonus area and second bed do not have a partition to separate from the other bedroom area.**
Nestled in the famous Coronado Village, the neighborhood is surrounded by shopping centers, fabulous restaurants, coffee houses, shopping, and only a couple blocks from the famous Coronado white sandy beaches.
We do have some requirements for booking for you to be aware of, that help enhance your guest experience and protect your stay:
-All homes are equipped with NoiseAware, a third-party partner. This system monitors the level of noise within the home to help us comply with Good Neighbor policies. This system does not record anything in the home – it only measures the volume of noise.
-Please be courteous when using the towels and linens. Excessive stains may incur additional charges for replacement. We do provide make-up removal pads for your convenience!
-Lastly, please review our house rules. You will be asked to agree to them prior to booking. Note that some rules incur fees for breaking them:
-- have technology that ensures that our properties are continuously running smoothly. Please help us out and do not remove/unplug any hardware at the property, as this may incur additional fees.
---Help us keep the place clean for future guests and please remove all trash and place it in the proper trash cans outside. Gray = Trash, Blue = Recycling, Green = Yard waste.

There is a non-refundable 2.9% charge upon booking. Any cancellations that occur within the cancellation window will be refunded in full according to the cancellation policy except for 2.9% of the total amount originally charged.
No smoking • No parties or events • Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM Quiet hours are from 10 PM until 7 AM. Out of respect for our neighbors with busy lives and families, we do strictly enforce this rule. Additionally, we do ask that even during times outside of quiet hours, you do not make excessive amounts of noise. Thank you.

Summary: This is a little secret gem! The location can't be beat. The bungalow is perfect for a couple or small family. Little children would loft the sleeping nook and the wagon filled with beach gear.

Summary: Good option for being close to the best beaches, good food and local shopping. Hosts provide a full beach wagon, everything you might need, and the kitchen is well stocked, bathroom is very nice and beds are comfy. We were there for a conference at the Del so didn't spend time at the beach but it was also super convenient to the Del.

Summary: We liked this spot so much we chose to stay here a 2nd time. This bungalow fits our family perfectly - we put the kids in the nook and have the main space to still enjoy after bedtime. Location is great and walking distance to great food and drink options. About 10 minute walk to the beach. Sadly the Coronado beach was not swimmable due to water contamination during our stay. Small hiccups with the wifi and code to get into the unit, but the property manager was quick to respond and offer solutions.
